Installation
The price includes installation inside Kuwait. The technician removes the old lock, fits the new one, programmes the fingerprints and codes, and hands it over working on your phone. The visit takes 45 to 90 minutes, and the appointment is arranged with you once the order is confirmed.
Warranty and returns
A one-year manufacturer warranty on the lock against manufacturing defects, and a one-year Homewagon warranty on the installation. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Full terms
Delivery
Free delivery across every governorate of Kuwait on orders over 30 KWD. Orders confirmed before 3:00 pm are prepared the same day and delivered within one to two working days.
Frequently asked questions
Can I open the door while I am away from home?
The lock works over Bluetooth with your phone at the door. To open it remotely while you are away you need a separate gateway that connects it to Wi-Fi — ask us about it when you order.
Can I give staff or guests a temporary code?
Yes. From the TTLock app you create codes for a set period or for single use, and cancel them at any time.
How long does installation take?
45 to 90 minutes per door, covering removal of the old lock, fitting the new one and programming the fingerprints and codes in the app.
What happens if the battery runs out?
The lock warns you on the app weeks before the battery dies. If it does go flat completely, you can power it temporarily from a power bank through the USB-C port, or open it with the backup mechanical key.
