Installation
The price includes installation inside Kuwait. The technician removes the old lock, fits the new one, programmes the fingerprints and codes, and hands it over working on your phone. The visit takes 45 to 90 minutes, and the appointment is arranged with you once the order is confirmed.
Warranty and returns
A one-year manufacturer warranty on the lock against manufacturing defects, and a one-year Homewagon warranty on the installation. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Full terms

Frequently asked questions
Why does a wooden-door lock not fit an aluminium door?
An aluminium door is a hollow profile with a backset of 25 to 35 mm, while wooden-door locks are made for a backset of 60 or 70 mm and simply will not fit into the profile.
Does it work on doors that catch direct sun?
Yes. Our technicians leave a slightly wider clearance at the latch opening on doors exposed to the sun, because aluminium expands between morning and midday in the Kuwaiti summer.
Can the door be checked before buying?
Yes. Send a photo of the door from inside and outside along with its thickness on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether this lock suits it, or recommend the better alternative.
What happens if the battery runs out?
The lock warns you on the app weeks before the battery dies. If it does go flat completely, you can power it temporarily from a power bank through the USB-C port, or open it with the backup mechanical key.
