1. Orders and prices
All prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD) and include tax where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability without prior notice. An order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation from us.
2. Payment
We accept payment by KNET and credit card, or by contacting us on WhatsApp to complete the order. All payments are processed through secure channels.
3. Delivery
We deliver within the State of Kuwait. Delivery Free on orders over 30 KWD, and a delivery charge of 1 KWD applies to orders below that. Delivery times may vary by area and product availability.
4. Installation service
Professional installation is included in the product price inside Kuwait, with no additional fee.
5. Exchanges and returns
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and the purchase invoice.
- Products that have been installed: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a fault in the installation, we cover removal and collection at no charge. For a change of mind after installation, the cost of fitting and removal is deducted, and you are told the amount before the return is completed.
- Return charges: We cover these where the product is defective or the error is ours, and the customer covers them for change-of-mind returns.
- Exclusions: Gift cards and products that are programmed or made to order cannot be returned.
- Refunds: Made by the same payment method within 7 to 14 working days of the product being received and inspected.
6. Warranty
Device warranty: All devices carry a manufacturer warranty of one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, covering repair or replacement in line with the policy of the manufacturer.
Installation warranty: The installation service carried out by Homewagon technicians is guaranteed for one year, and any fault arising from the installation we repair at no charge.
What the warranty does not cover: misuse, breakage, damage caused by water or unstable electrical current, or repair attempts by an unauthorised party. Please keep your purchase invoice in order to claim under the warranty.

All content and trademarks on the site are owned by Homewagon or their respective owners, and may not be used without permission.
