Installation service
The prices shown in the store are for the device only, unless the product name says installation included. If you would like the certified installation service, the following fees are added to the order:

The technician delivers the device, installs it, sets it up in the phone app, and hands it over to you working and tested. If the door or the existing wiring needs adjustment, the technician tells you before starting.

Delivery is free on orders over 30 KWD, and a fee of 1.000 KWD for orders below that. We deliver to every area in Kuwait:

Frequently asked questions
Can you inspect the door before I buy the smart lock?
Yes. Send us a photo of the door from inside and outside along with its thickness on WhatsApp, and we will tell you which lock suits it before you buy. Most returns happen because the lock chosen did not suit the thickness of the door or the cylinder type.
How long does delivery take?
Orders confirmed before 3:00 pm are prepared the same day and delivered within one to two working days. Installation bookings are scheduled for a time agreed with the technician in advance.
Do the devices carry a warranty?
Yes, all devices carry a one-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, and the installation service is guaranteed by Homewagon for one year. The warranty does not cover misuse or breakage.
Do you install devices bought elsewhere?
Yes, we install devices bought elsewhere for a higher installation fee, provided the device is a type we work with and know how to configure. Send us a photo of the device first.
Do you carry out complete projects for villas and apartments?
Yes. For villa and whole-building projects, covering Control4, Loxone, KNX and integrated systems, we have a separate projects team that starts with a site visit and a design study. Message us on WhatsApp and mention that it is a full integration project.
Can I buy in instalments?
Payment is currently in full at the time of ordering, by KNET or card. For larger projects, staged payments can be arranged against project milestones by contacting us directly.
