Installation
The price includes installation inside Kuwait, covering mounting the bracket, setting the viewing angle, connecting the camera to the network and setting up the alerts on your phone. The visit takes 30 to 60 minutes per camera. For multi-camera systems with an NVR we provide a survey and a separate quote.
Warranty and returns
A one-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, and a one-year Homewagon warranty on the installation. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Full terms
Delivery
Free delivery across every governorate of Kuwait on orders over 30 KWD. Orders confirmed before 3:00 pm are prepared the same day and delivered within one to two working days.
Frequently asked questions
Does it need cabling?
Yes, this is a wired camera and needs a power source or a PoE network at the mounting point. Its advantage is that it records continuously, 24 hours a day, without relying on motion detection. For locations with no cabling, order a solar model.
How long does a 128 GB memory card last?
Usually about a week of motion-triggered recording at 2K, and only two to three days with continuous recording at 4K. Always use a High Endurance card made for continuous writing; ordinary phone cards fail within months inside a camera.
What is the difference between this and the VIGI S345?
The S345 is an outdoor camera at 40 KWD. The S385 is 8 megapixels with motion tracking and works indoors and out, at 55 KWD.
Does the price include installation?
Yes. All our prices include installation inside Kuwait, and delivery is free on orders over 30 KWD.
