Installation
The price includes installation inside Kuwait. The technician removes the old thermostat, wires in the new one, connects it to Wi-Fi and sets up your schedule. The visit takes 30 to 45 minutes, and the appointment is arranged with you once the order is confirmed.
Warranty and returns

Frequently asked questions
Will it suit my split unit?
No. Wall-mounted split units are run by remote and have no wall thermostat; making one smart needs a smart infrared unit, not a thermostat. Send us a photo of the unit and we will recommend the right solution.
What about VRF systems?
VRF systems usually need a dedicated gateway from the manufacturer to link them to smart systems, rather than a thermostat swap. That is project work, which we handle through the projects team after a survey.
How do I actually cut the electricity bill?
The biggest saving comes from simple scheduling: raising the temperature two degrees while you are out, and cooling the room half an hour before you arrive rather than leaving it running all day. In a Kuwaiti summer, one degree higher makes a noticeable difference to compressor usage.
How do I confirm it fits before buying?
Switch off the power, photograph the existing thermostat from the front and from the back with the wiring visible, and send both photos on WhatsApp. The number of wires tells us whether the system is two-pipe or four-pipe.
