Tapo Products in Kuwait

Tapo is TP-Link's smart home brand, and what sets it apart in Kuwait is the solar-powered cameras. The biggest obstacle for anyone wanting a camera on a boundary wall or at the entrance is that there is no power socket there, and running a new supply costs more than the camera itself. Tapo's solar cameras solve that: a built-in panel charges them, and two hours of direct sun a day is enough for continuous running in Kuwaiti conditions.

At Homewagon we stock three models: C260 indoor, 4K, turning a full 360 degrees with motion tracking (55 KWD), C465 outdoor and fully wire-free (60 KWD), andC660 outdoor, solar powered with pan and tilt (65 KWD). All include installation inside Kuwait.

A note from experience fitting these: do not mount a solar camera behind glass or under a canopy that shades the panel, and face the panel south as far as you can. If the spot is shaded all day, a wired camera such as VIGI or Hikvision is the better choice.
