Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

As the Business Development Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our market presence and achieve business objectives. Your analytical acumen, organizational prowess, and management skills will be critical in effectively prioritizing sales leads, measuring performance, and ensuring the team's success. Additionally, you will be a key contributor to streamlining processes and introducing innovative tools and systems to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your analytical skills to identify challenges, opportunities, and effective solutions using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the volume of sales leads, classify them based on potential, and prioritize time and resources to maximize productivity.
  • Implement effective time management techniques to ensure efficient handling of sales leads and team tasks.
  • Independently devise strategies aimed at organizational growth and present them to the management for approval.
  • Research, test, and implement new tools, systems, and procedures to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of business development processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment, recognizing shared goals that lead to organizational benefits.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, dividing and prioritizing workload to achieve optimal performance.
  • Monitor team performance through measurable metrics and provide constructive feedback and support for professional development.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the business development department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales roles.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with a track record of successfully implementing strategies for organizational growth.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing various tools and systems, including Office and Google suites.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of sales leads effectively.
  • Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload and measure team performance.

Senior Marketing Coordinator

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team, assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in creating and editing marketing content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and website content.

2. Assist in managing social media platforms, engaging with the audience, and monitoring online conversations and trends.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.

Installer, electrician, or carpenter

 

Job summary

Travelling to customer’s place or house, installing equipment including locks, light and other switches, and other products.

Considering and consulting on the suitability of proposed installation areas.

Positioning appliances according to stipulated specifications, environmental features, and client’s requests.

Testing devices to review their functionality.

Tidying installation sites promptly.

Furnishing clients with maintenance-related advice.

Study all pertinent instructions, scope installation areas to determine appropriateness.

Ensures that cables are managed properly and out of way.

Answer any questions that the customer may have about the equipment.

Escalates issues to managers promptly.

Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.

Responds to service requests and repair products.

Responsible for cleanliness of the warehouse.
